"Payment Process Needs Serious Improvement"
The payment process is just awful! I've been using Simplybook for over a year now, and every single month, I run into the same issue with my payments not being posted. I always pay for my subscriptions ahead of time, yet they still restrict my access even though I've paid! This is really frustrating and it's causing me issues at work! It's incredibly unprofessional and puts businesses at risk of problems and financial losses. To make matters worse, they won't even consider offering any compensation for the troubles they've caused me, like giving me a month for free. So unprofessional!

"Great Software, But Support is Lacking"
I really like the software. Our customers are big fans, and it’s been a crucial part of our operations for quite a while. Recently, we were asked to roll out SBpay, their new payment processing tool, and now we’re dealing with a bunch of issues like payment errors, client access troubles, and timeout glitches. The support team in chat won’t admit that the issues stem from their software, always pointing fingers at our payment processor, Square. To keep our clients from ditching Square, we set up Paypal as an alternative, but that just brought a whole new set of headaches. Once again, SBM claims it’s a Paypal issue, not theirs. Everything was running smoothly before SBPay came along. Now they want us to document all the problems, basically asking us to beta-test their half-baked software. The reality is, we’re just small players, and walking away won’t hurt them much. I just want it to function properly without all the tech jargon about how it’s our fault. It’s really disappointing that such a solid system is let down by terrible support.

As the proprietor of a winery that features a restaurant, guided tours, and various other activities, I’ve found Simplybook to be fantastic. It’s provided me with a single solution for all my diverse services.
Sure, the system takes a bit to get used to, but it offers tons of flexibility and freedom in many areas. Once you get the hang of it, making adjustments is a breeze.
I’ve never run into any bugs or issues; the support team has always been friendly and eager to assist me as much as they could.
Plus, the pricing is quite reasonable! I’d give it a solid 5 out of 5 and recommend it to any business!

Hey there! We operate Herkley Sports, a small chain of sports facilities in India. I wanted to take a moment to share our incredible journey after switching our booking system to simplybook.me.
We provide a range of services, from hourly reservations to memberships and workshops. This booking platform gives us tons of flexibility to automate processes and generate reports in a way that makes sense. It offers our customers a smooth experience and enhances our professional image. Features like issuing workshop passes with QR codes really help us strengthen our brand and shape how we’re perceived. For a small business like ours, it’s a real advantage against larger competitors who offer similar services.
What’s even cooler is that we hadn’t planned on launching a loyalty program, but after discovering that feature, we decided to go for it. We gradually shifted our view of simplybook.me from just an admin tool to a powerful marketing asset that boosts our sales. Adding 'book now' buttons to our social media and Google business listings really does the trick.
One of our favorite features is the shared resources option, which allows us to list a Turf facility that can be booked in various ways, depending on the number of participants and the type of activity.
Our only suggestion for the team is to develop more integrations with CRM and accounting systems. Right now, we’re using Google Calendar sync and a few Zaps to transfer data to our CRM, and managing the accounting side requires some extra work to get it into our Zoho Books software.

As Greenman Folk, I’m a musician who plays at care homes. The booking system lets my clients check my availability and reserve online. Once I accept a gig, they get a confirmation, and I receive reminders about the upcoming performance.
I’m not sure what it was initially meant for, but it does the job for me.

I've checked out a bunch of booking apps, but I was let down until I stumbled upon simplybook.me. It's super detailed and adaptable, allowing you to set up any kind of scheduling you need. It's perfect for music instructors or anyone with regular classes.

"Simplified my daily routine"
This has really simplified my daily routine! The platform covers a wide range of industries. However, there's one aspect I’m not too fond of—the Product for sale option. It automatically multiplies the item bought by the number of recurring sessions booked. So, if I choose a yoga mat as an extra for 10 yoga classes, I end up with 10 yoga mats. That’s just plain silly.
I really hope the developer can fix this. It would definitely be a 5-star experience if they do.
